Welcome to my Self defence page, I prefer the term Self Protection as it implies that we don’t wait to be hit before we start to defend ourselves.
In my S/D program I have divided things in to separate categories, and we spend 5 weeks on each level. The sessions are One and a half hours over 5 Saturdays.
Included in every stage of the learnings the legalities and ethics of self protection.
